Nature of Reality: A World Made of Waves

Vibration and frequency are closely related concepts that are fundamental to understanding the nature of waves and oscillations, including sound waves. Let's explore each concept individually.

Vibration refers to the rapid back-and-forth movement of an object or a medium. Everything in the universe is in a state of constant vibration, from the atoms and molecules that make up matter to the waves that permeate space. Even objects that are solid are vibrating. vibration creates oscillations or cycles, which can be measured in terms of frequency and recognized as sine waves.

Frequency is a measure of how often a vibration or wave oscillates per unit of time. It is typically measured in hertz (Hz), which represents the number of cycles per second. Higher frequencies indicate a faster oscillation rate, while lower frequencies indicate a slower rate. In the context of sound, frequency determines the pitch or perceived "highness" or "lowness" of a sound.

Sound

Our world is made up of soundwaves/wavelengths - vibrations traveling through the air, water, and even solid materials. Everything around us, from the chirping of birds to the rumble of traffic, is a form of sound wave. Now, think about music. It's essentially organized sound, created by arranging these vibrations in specific patterns and frequencies.

One musical concept that relates to the way our world operates in sound waves is the arpeggio scale. An arpeggio is when you play the notes of a chord individually rather than all together. The interesting thing is that when you play an arpeggio, you're actually playing the fundamental note of the chord along with its harmonics, or overtones.

These harmonics are like the hidden layers of sound within each note. They're created by the vibrations of the fundamental note interacting with the surrounding air molecules. So, when you play an arpeggio, you're not just hearing one note; you're hearing a complex blend of different frequencies, each contributing to the overall sound.

Similarly, in our world, everything is vibrating at its own frequency, just like the different notes in an arpeggio. From the smallest atom to the largest mountain, each object has its own unique vibration. And just like how playing an arpeggio creates a rich, layered sound, the vibrations of the world around us create a rich tapestry of life. It's a reminder that we're all connected through the vibrations that permeate our existence.

Sine waves also correspond to light and the electromagnetic spectrum. When you consider the light spectrum you'll notice the lower frequencies (where the wave oscillates at a smoother more drawn out wave) is in the red, orange, and yellow zone and increase in frequency as it moves up the color spectrum to the indigo and violet colors. If you are familiar with chakra energy centers and their color correlation then you can begin to connect the dots here. Sounds ringing on a lower frequency have an effect on the root chakra, whereas high-frequency sounds have an effect on the crown chakra. This is why some may describe being able to see colors when experiencing a sound bath. If one wants to understand the mechanics of the universe, the first step is to think in terms of vibration and frequency, realizing that everything, including solids, is energy.

Emotions

This same measurement is applied to emotions. When we experience different emotions, our vibratory rate changes due to the new frequency we are experiencing. 

When we talk about the universe operating in vibrations and frequencies, it's like saying everything around us, including our emotions, emits energy in the form of vibrations. Now, let's think about emotions as these little energy signals that we feel inside us. When we're happy, sad, excited, or even anxious, each emotion carries its own unique vibration.

So, imagine you're tuning into a radio station. Each station has its own frequency, right? Similarly, each emotion has its own frequency. When we experience an emotion, we're essentially tuning into that specific frequency.

Now, here's where it gets interesting: our emotional state not only affects us internally but also sends out signals into the universe, like ripples in a pond. These emotional vibrations can attract similar vibrations from the world around us, almost like a magnet.

For instance, if we're feeling positive and joyful, we're sending out those high-frequency vibes, and often, we'll notice more positive experiences and people coming into our lives. On the flip side, if we're feeling low or negative, we might attract more situations that match that frequency.

So, in a nutshell, our emotions are like little energy broadcasts that influence the vibrations we emit and the frequencies we attract from the universe. It's all about tuning into the right emotional frequency to manifest the experiences we want in our lives.

Similar to the light wave and soundwave measurements, these emotions have been measured and are demonstrated in the charts below. This demonstrates the low frequency or discorded energies experienced as shame through pride, then beginning to expand and uplift the frequencies experienced from courage through the feeling of enlightenment.

These low frequency vibratory states can be shifted in many ways. Below describes the observation of attitude in each state to help you determine where you’re at in the frequency scale. Once you become aware of your vibratory state, you now have the power to make some changes.

If you catch yourself in a low vibrational state and have a negative attitude, don’t worry, there are always tools to pull you out of it, it’s just up to you to take the step and allow yourself to shift your attitude to a higher altitude. What's truly remarkable is the ripple effect that occurs when you elevate yourself into a higher vibrational state. It's like stepping into a positive feedback loop where you naturally attract others resonating at the same elevated frequency. As you surround yourself with this higher vibrational energy, your environment becomes more nurturing and you begin to perceive the beauty and possibilities in life with newfound clarity. Suddenly, doors that once seemed closed begin to swing open, inviting you into new opportunities and experiences.

Moreover, by simply living your day-to-day life in this elevated state, you're making a profound impact on the world around you. This is how you become a catalyst for healing on a global scale. As you heal yourself by raising your vibration and releasing lower vibrational discord from your being, you inspire those around you to do the same. Human connection thrives on harmony, and when you lift yourself up, others are naturally drawn to match your vibration.

But here's the key: maintaining this state of high vibration requires compassion for yourself. It's important not to judge or berate yourself when you inevitably dip into lower vibrational states. Our human experience is vast and diverse, and every emotion, even the lower ones, serves a purpose in our growth and learning through lessons. These lessons are the foundation of what allows us to raise ourselves higher, they are the hurdles that make us stronger and develop a greater capacity for compassion as we overcome them. So in the times you feel yourself drop into a lower state look for the lesson. What is this low vibrational frequency here to teach you? What is it teaching someone else? How can you overcome it and lift yourself into a powerful state that emits true unconditional love and acceptance? 

So, when you find yourself slipping into a lower state, instead of resisting or condemning it, embrace it with empathy. Seek out the lessons it has to offer and use them to propel yourself back into alignment with your true essence. This journey of self-awareness and acceptance is the key to radiating genuine, unconditional love and compassion.
