Venturing further into the realm of frequency, we embark on a voyage to grasp its essence and comprehend its profound influence on our nutrition. In the intricate dance of the universe, every element is in perpetual motion, pulsating with vibration. Even seemingly motionless objects are, in truth, oscillating and resonating at diverse frequencies. Resonance, a dynamic oscillation between two states, typifies this motion. Ultimately, all matter emanates from the vibrations of underlying fields, bestowing vibrancy upon every facet of nature. I’m sure you have encountered the famous Nikola Tesla’s quote:

“If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration”

But how do we measure vibration? In 1992, Bruce Tainio of Tainio Technology, a biologist from Eastern State University, crafted a groundbreaking invention—the BT3 Frequency Monitoring System. This apparatus employs an exquisitely sensitive sensor to gauge the bio-electrical frequencies of plant nutrients. The BT3 computes the amalgamated frequency of the vibrational emissions from the elements and enzymes present in its subject, measured in electrical voltage (MHz).

Dr. Robert O. Becker's pioneering work highlighted the human body's electrical frequency and its profound connection to health. Bruce Tainio ingeniously harnessed his invention to gauge human electrical vibrational frequency by taking readings at various points on the body and deriving an average figure. Notably, he determined that the frequency of a healthy human body oscillates between 62 to 72 MHz. 

Something of significance is the revelation that pure essential oils exhibit the highest Vibrational Frequency among natural substances (that have been measured). The spectrum of essential oil frequencies spans from around 52 MHz Basil oil, to a remarkable 320 MHz Rose oil. They found that fresh produce resonates at frequencies up to 15 MHz, while dry herbs range from 12 to 22 MHz, and fresh herbs from 20 to 27 MHz. Not surprisingly, canned and processed foods exhibit an absence of measurable frequency. A crucial insight to bear in mind during your grocery excursions, eating live frequency foods in contrast to dead frequency foods make quite the difference for your health. On the downside, Coffee produces -14 MHz and other acidic substances -14 to -23 MHz. It’s all about balancing out and landing your body in the sweet spot of 62-72 MHz.

The landscape of low-frequency states forms the breeding ground for ailments and maladies. Conversely, higher frequencies nurture healing and robust well-being. This underscores the importance of embracing high-vibrational foods—locally sourced fruits, vegetables, plants, and seeds nurtured with affection. Such fare uplifts your vibration, fostering a cleaner and healthier state of being. Essential oils, boasting remarkably high vibrations, are adept at accelerating your personal vibrational elevation. The inhalation of potent essential oil scents can potentially elevate your vibration within a mere 20 seconds.

A critical threshold emerges: when human cells drop below 62 MHz, mutations may commence. A cold or flu correlates with a frequency of 58 MHz, while an overgrowth of Candida resonates at 55 MHz. Epstein-Barr virus presence corresponds to 52 MHz, while the onset of cancer aligns with 42 MHz. The inception of the death process is marked by a frequency of 20 MHz. When you are consistently consuming low frequency foods, it lowers the overall vibratory rate of your body. This is commonly felt after eating things like a whole pepperoni pizza. The term “food coma” comes to mind, you slow down, become sluggish, and don’t have the energy or motivation to do things after eating a large low frequency meal. Your vibratory rate has dropped. These instances underscore the profound impact of Vibrational Frequency on the human body.

The art of entertainment plays a pivotal role: higher-frequency substances can elevate lower frequencies, aligning oscillations harmoniously. This principle suggests the transformative potential of essential oils and healthy high vibrational foods on personal electromagnetic vibrational frequency. 

Let’s take a look at yet another measurable way to view nutritional frequency via Kirlian photography.

Accidentally discovered by Russian inventor Semyon Kirlian in 1939 (funny how this kind of information is discovered nearly around the same time as the BT3, a fantastic example of Non-Local Correlation) , it was observed that when an object is connected to a voltage source and placed in contact with a photovoltaic plate, it produces a corresponding image on the plate. This image also reveals an electrical aura surrounding and emanating from the object.

The intensity of light or energy emitted in a Kirlian photo reflects the vitality or "aliveness" of the subject. In the 1970s, researchers at UCLA successfully replicated the Kirlian effect in photographs, providing visual evidence of the energetic properties of various foods.

Assimilating pure, highly organized energy patterns from food into our own energy fields revitalizes and energizes our life force patterns creating homeostasis. This, in turn, enhances the coherence of our RNA and DNA patterns. Coherent energy patterns promote proper cell division and efficient organ function and healing.

Each living organism and every food item possesses its unique energy, which manifests as electromagnetic waves and can be quantified in units known as "angstroms". The level of angstroms emitted by a food item correlates with its energy level. Consuming fresh, organic, raw, and unprocessed foods allows the high electromagnetic energy inherent in these foods to be transferred to the body and its cells upon consumption.

The vitality and health of an individual are directly influenced by the energy levels of the foods they consume. The human body emits detectable radiation, typically ranging from 6200 to 7000 Angstroms, which can be observed in the form of color and sound. A person in good health typically exhibits a vibration level of at least 6500 angstroms. Conversely, individuals afflicted with conditions such as cancer or severe degenerative diseases often demonstrate significantly lower average vibrations, typically around 4875 angstroms.

Again, let's consider the entrainment of introducing higher frequencies to raise the lower frequencies through food. Earth Song provides a comprehensive list of angstrom production from particular foods, observe their list below:

Highest Angstrom emitting foods ranging from 6,500-10,000:
  • Fully ripened fruits and cold pressed juices consumed immediately range from 8,000 - 10,000.
  • Raw Vegetables range 8,000-9,000
  • Sunflower seeds, coconut, olive, and hazelnuts 
  • Raw seafood and fish
  • Fresh raw milk, butter and eggs (we recommend sourcing A2 grass fed dairy products from local sources, and sourcing local free range organic eggs for highest frequency and optimal purity)

The next step down would be foods ranging from 3,000 angstroms to 6.500 (medium quality):
  • Cooked vegetables (4000 - 6500)
  • Not fresh raw milk, butter, and eggs
  • Honey
  • Cooked fish
  • Peanut oil
  • Wine
Dropping even lower shows very weak emissions below 3,000 angstroms:
  • Coffee, black tea
  • Chocolate
  • Jams
  • Cheeses (1800)
  • White bread (1500)
As for the lowest which exhibits practically no energy, which is considered dead matter
  • Margarine
  • Pasteurized milk
  • Conserves
  • Alcoholic spirits
  • Cooked and cured meats
  • Refined white sugar and bleached flour

Additionally, Earth Song provides some very fascinating notes directly quoted below:

  • “Bananas are probably the only fruit that increases in nutrition and sugars, and consequently in electromagnetic energy AFTER they have been picked unripe.
  • Vegetables are most radiant when fresh from the garden, losing about one third of their potency by the time they reach the store, and two thirds when cooked.
  • The exception is tubers, which are usually fortified by cooking. The Potato, for instance, is measured at only 2,000 when raw, but when boiled this shoots to 7,000 and to 9,000 when baked.
  • Fresh meats have only second class vibrations at best, and this sinks to very low in the third category by the time it is cooked. The exception is freshly cured ham which is enhanced by the process of salting and smoking.
  • Sea foods must be eaten raw to gain their full value, otherwise they drop into the second category.
  • The effects of Food Processing are disastrous. Milk has a value of 6.5 thousand angstroms when fresh, but loses ninety percent within twenty-four hours. After Pasteurization there are NO bioenergy radiations at all.
  • The fresh juice of sugar beet is rated at 8.5 thousand, but when refined, drops down to 1,000 or less. White, granulated sugar gives a reading of ZERO.
  • Dehydration, on the other hand, causes very little loss of vigor. Sun-dried fruit was found to retain its vitality and, if soaked in water for twenty-four hours, would radiate almost as strongly as when freshly picked!
  • Water is not normally radiant, but unlike other liquids is capable of being vitalized by association with minerals, human beings or plants. Some waters, such as the famous healing waters of Lourdes, are found to radiate as high as 14,000 angstroms.”

Of course as always everything is about balance. Consider eating low frequency foods only in moderation, just because something has a low vibratory rate doesn’t mean it lacks other essential nutrients that nourish you. The point here is if you dominantly consume low frequency foods, it's going to affect your vibration poorly.

If you find yourself operating in a low vibratory state of being, sluggish, hazy, slow, foggy, ect., then consuming higher frequency or angstrom foods will begin to lift your vibratory rate. This will give you more energy, clear cognitive functioning, and all around a happier state of wellbeing with powerful impact. That is the beauty of foods, what we consume we begin to have a vibrational alignment with. Which is why food impacts us so strongly. You truly are what you eat, the higher frequency foods you consume, the higher frequency you will vibrate at. 

Now there’s something extremely important that I want to add here. If you begin to stress out over your food and become over obsessed with being sure that everything you eat is absolutely perfect, you will start experiencing the opposite effects. Creating stress around what you consume dominates the higher frequencies your food emits. 

So if you have no joy in what you are eating, then this becomes less effective. When you cook your food and emit constant negative thoughts while you’re doing it, your food is going to have a distressed vibratory rate. This rabbit hole then leads us to the Backster Effect, which is written in a separate article due to the size of the topic itself. What we can conclude from its information though, is a prayer or even a quick genuine thank you to your food before you consume it actually puts its distress levels to rest, leaving it to maintain or even elevate in its vibratory rate.  This same thing has a massive impact on the structure of our water. It’s not that whenever you’re in a depressed or sour mood your food drops in vibratory rate, but more so around the simple practice of respecting the substance that nourishes you to allow it to do the work of raising your vibration. 

A fantastic phrase to express respect and gratitude to food stems from the Japanese word “Itadakimasu” (ee-tah-dah-kee-mas) which means “Thank you for your sacrifice” not only to the food but to those that made it for you, to the people that brought it to you, and to the lands where it came from. Never underestimate the power of intention and frequencies. 

A quick share from my own personal experience: Someone in the Salt Lake spiritual community demonstrated singing and pouring love into a watermelon can ripen it within 3 hours. The first time I focused on this I gave thanks and love to an avocado, rolling it in my hands filling it with appreciation for being there. All the way from the store until I began cooking I did this, and I will tell you, it is still the best avocado I’ve had to this day.  

Never underestimate the power of YOUR sound frequencies and how they impact your environment. You are capable of transmuting something that is a low frequency, into a higher frequency substance/item. 

Of course, the power to transmute the world into a higher vibratory state starts with your own vibration. The more you feed your vibration with higher frequencies, whether its food, sound, or light, the greater power you will have to make impacts such as transmuting foods into a higher vibration. The more you believe yourself to be capable of such things will be your greatest stimulant to do so. Start with eating foods that emit more light, having a higher frequency. Give yourself the building blocks to make change in the world through your food, that’s when cooking becomes fun.

We are constantly battling distorted frequencies from EMF’s, pollution, unhealthy processed food consumption, and more. However, essential oils, organic whole foods, and naturally occurring health positive substances, emanate coherent frequencies that create harmonious resonance with the human body's electrical field. Diseases often manifest as chemical imbalances rooted in electromagnetic disturbances, altering the specific vibrational frequencies of molecules, tissues, cells, and organs, but  practicing a wholesome lifestyle with a focus on eating higher vibratory and light emitting foods will aid in restoring the body to its intrinsic frequency equilibrium, rectifying imbalances and either preventing or resolving illnesses.
